    Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days and receive store credit only. All make-up and brush sales are final. If you are not pleased with any service you receive in the salon we will gladly repeat that service at no charge to you. Please call within 48 hours of original service date to reschedule.

  • Spa Cancellation Policy

    Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arriving late may interfere with your treatment time and may decrease the therapeutic effects for you. We regret to inform you that any missed appointments not cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time will be subject to a $25 fee.
